REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY \u201cKreatywny \u015awiat\u201d Sp. z o.o. IN ESCAPE ROOMS LOCATED AT J.S. Bacha St. 2 IN WARSAW<\/strong><\/span>
(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cRegulations\u201d)<\/span><\/p>

\u00a7 1<\/span><\/h3>

Definitions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Whenever the following terms appear in these Regulations, they shall be understood as follows:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Organizer<\/strong> \u2013 means \u201cKreatywny \u015awiat\u201d sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 (limited liability company) with its registered office at ul. J.S. Bacha 2\/49, 02-743 Warsaw (Tax ID [NIP]: 5214082630, Statistical ID [REGON]: 529441660);<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. Place of service provision<\/strong> \u2013 means the use of the Organizer\u2019s services at ul. J.S. Bacha 2 (3rd floor) in Warsaw;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. Player<\/strong> \u2013 means a person staying in the escape room in order to take part in solving the puzzles prepared by the Organizer;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. Client<\/strong> \u2013 means a person who books the escape room on their own behalf or on behalf of other Players. In the event the Client who has booked the escape room does not participate in the game, one of the Players becomes the Client;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  5. Game<\/strong> \u2013 means staying in the escape room made available by the Organizer, where the Players solve puzzles;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  6. Escape room<\/strong> \u2013 means the room reserved by the Client, in which Players solve the puzzles;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  7. Escape room reservation<\/strong> \u2013 means an application to participate in the Game, indicating the date, exact start time of the Game, and the number of Game participants;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  8. Game Master<\/strong> \u2013 means a person designated by the Organizer to oversee a particular group of Players before and during the Game;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  9. Event<\/strong> \u2013 means a social event organized in cooperation between the Client and the Organizer;<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  10. Voucher<\/strong> \u2013 means a document confirming payment for an escape room reservation without indicating a specific date of its use or a specific escape room.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a7 2<\/span><\/h3>

    General Provisions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    1. Both the Client and the Players are obliged to familiarize themselves with these Regulations and to accept its provisions.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    2. Both the Client and the Players are obliged to comply with all the provisions of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    3. The following are prohibited on the premises of the Place of service provision:<\/span>
      a) smoking cigarettes, including electronic cigarettes;<\/span>
      b) consuming alcohol;<\/span>
      c) using substances that have effects similar to alcohol.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    4. These prohibitions apply to both the escape rooms and all common areas (such as corridors, staircases, the reception area, elevators, and restrooms).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the Game to those Players who fail to observe the prohibitions referred to in items 3 and 4, as well as in the event there is reason to suspect that a Player has arrived at the Place of service provision under the influence of alcohol or other substances with similar effects.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    6. The refusal of participation in the Game applies only to the individual who fails to comply with the above prohibitions. The remaining Players themselves decide whether they will proceed with the Game.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    7. In the event that one or more Players are refused participation, neither the Client nor the Players are entitled to a refund of any costs incurred for reserving the escape room. This also applies in a situation where the remaining (non-excluded) Players decide to forgo the Game for the entire group.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    8. In all escape rooms, taking pictures and making video recordings is prohibited. This prohibition does not apply to common areas, such as corridors or the reception area.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    9. It is forbidden to bring sharp or blunt objects, weapons, flammable materials, tools, or any other items that could pose a threat to the health or life of Players or escape room staff, or that could cause damage to the Organizer\u2019s property, onto the premises of the Place of service provision.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a7 3<\/span><\/h3>

      General Rules for Participation in the Game<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      I. Players\u2019 Age and Contraindications for Participation<\/span><\/h4>

      1. The minimum age of a Player is 8 years old, except for the \u201cSaw\u201d escape room, where the minimum age is 16.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      2. For Players aged 8 to 13, the constant presence of a parent or guardian in the escape room is required. The parent\/guardian must be an adult or a person with legal capacity.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      3. The Organizer counts the parent\/guardian as one of the Players toward the limit of the number of Players allowed in the escape room, and the parent\/guardian is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Regulations under the same conditions as the other Players.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      4. The Organizer states that participation in the Game is not recommended for:<\/span>
        a) pregnant women;<\/span>
        b) persons with claustrophobia or epilepsy;<\/span>
        c) persons undergoing psychiatric treatment;<\/span>
        d) persons suffering from anxiety disorders or especially sensitive to sounds and images that may cause psychological discomfort;<\/span>
        e) persons suffering from asthma or other respiratory conditions;<\/span>
        f) persons with cardiovascular insufficiency or other circulatory disorders.<\/span><\/p>

        \u2013 All the above-mentioned individuals may only participate in the Game at their own risk.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      5. In the case of a Player who is disabled or has reduced mobility, participation must be agreed upon in each instance with the Organizer\u2019s staff.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      6. The Organizer is not liable for any negative health consequences experienced by a Player who decides to participate in the Game despite any of the above contraindications, nor for any consequences such a Player\u2019s participation might have on other Game participants.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        II. Rules of Conduct for Participation<\/span><\/h4>

        1. Players are required to arrive at the Place of service provision on time, no later than the exact time for which the Game was booked or scheduled to start.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        2. The Game\u2019s duration is time-limited to a maximum of:<\/span><\/p>
