    This Privacy Policy of \u201cKreatywny \u015awiat\u201d sp. z o.o. (Tax ID [NIP]: 5214082630, Statistical ID [REGON]: 529441660), with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. J.S. Bacha 2\/49, sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users (Clients and Players) in connection with their use of services consisting of:<\/span><\/p>

    a) electronic reservation of an escape room located at the premises of \u201cKreatywny \u015awiat\u201d sp. z o.o. at ul. J.S. Bacha 2 in Warsaw;<\/span>
    b) electronic reservation of Events at the aforementioned premises;<\/span>
    c) electronic redemption of vouchers distributed by \u201cKreatywny \u015awiat\u201d sp. z o.o. and used at the aforementioned premises.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Personal Data Controller<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    2. The controller of the personal data of Clients and Players is \u201cKreatywny \u015awiat\u201d sp. z o.o. (NIP 5214082630, REGON 529441660) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. J.S. Bacha 2\/49, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cController.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    4. Purposes, Legal Bases, and Scope of Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    5. The Controller processes the personal data of Users (Clients\/Players) for the following purposes:<\/span>
      a) Performance of the contract for the provision of services by electronic means;<\/span>
      b) Marketing of its own products or services;<\/span>
      c) Accounting and bookkeeping, in order to properly fulfill the legal requirements governing the operations of limited liability companies;<\/span>
      d) Determining and enforcing the mutual obligations of the parties under the service contract between the Controller and the User (Client\/Player);<\/span>
      e) Protecting possible claims of the Controller or Users (Clients\/Players).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    6. The personal data of Users (Clients\/Players) is processed:<\/span>
      a) For contact purposes with the User (Client\/Player) \u2013 to respond to messages sent by email or via electronic forms;<\/span>
      b) For marketing purposes, based on consent granted by the User (Client\/Player);<\/span>
      c) For informational purposes \u2013 to provide information regarding the services accessible via the website;<\/span>
      d) For promotional purposes: information about services, promotions, etc., including on social media;<\/span>
      e) For statistical and analytical purposes, if the User (Client\/Player) has consented to the use of cookies;<\/span>
      f) For the analysis of anonymous data \u2013 concerning such information as browser details, time spent on the website, clicks on links, etc.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    7. Scope of User Personal Data<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    8. In order to provide services to Users (Clients\/Players), the Controller obtains the following personal data:<\/span>
      a) First and last name;<\/span>
      b) Email address;<\/span>
      c) Phone number;<\/span>
      d) Payment method;<\/span>
      e) Data contained in messages addressed to the Controller electronically;<\/span>
      f) User (Client\/Player) age \u2013 only for persons under 18 years of age;<\/span>
      g) Voucher mailing address \u2013 if the User requests that a voucher be sent by mail.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    9. The User (Client\/Player) may book the service through the website www.kreatywnyswiatescaperoomwarszawa.pl<\/a> or through the service www.lockme.pl<\/a>. In the latter case, the User\u2019s (Client\u2019s\/Player\u2019s) data is also collected and processed under that booking service\u2019s own privacy policy.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    10. Data Retention Period<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      Users\u2019 (Clients\u2019\/Players\u2019) personal data will be retained for the following periods:<\/span><\/p>

      a) For performance of the service contract \u2013 for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of any claims arising from this contract;<\/span>
      b) For marketing purposes \u2013 until the User (Client\/Player) objects to such processing.<\/span><\/p>

      1. Data Recipients<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        The recipients of Users\u2019 (Clients\u2019\/Players\u2019) personal data may include:<\/span><\/p>

        a) Entities processing data on the Controller\u2019s behalf (e.g. IT service providers, marketing agencies, booking services);<\/span>
        b) Entities authorized to obtain data under applicable laws (e.g. courts, tax authorities, or law enforcement agencies);<\/span>
        c) Entities providing accounting, legal, and financial services to the Controller;<\/span>
        d) Employees and collaborators of the Controller who require Users\u2019 (Clients\u2019\/Players\u2019) personal data to properly perform their duties in providing services to the Users (Clients\/Players);<\/span>

          b) The right to rectify (correct) their data;<\/span>
          c) The right to erasure of their data;<\/span>
          d) The right to restrict the processing of their data;<\/span>
          e) The right to object to the processing of their data;<\/span>
          f) The right to data portability;<\/span>
          g) The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).<\/span><\/p><\/li>
