This Privacy Policy of “Kreatywny Świat” sp. z o.o. (Tax ID [NIP]: 5214082630, Statistical ID [REGON]: 529441660), with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. J.S. Bacha 2/49, sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users (Clients and Players) in connection with their use of services consisting of:
a) electronic reservation of an escape room located at the premises of “Kreatywny Świat” sp. z o.o. at ul. J.S. Bacha 2 in Warsaw;
b) electronic reservation of Events at the aforementioned premises;
c) electronic redemption of vouchers distributed by “Kreatywny Świat” sp. z o.o. and used at the aforementioned premises.

The Controller processes the personal data of Users (Clients/Players) for the following purposes:

c) Accounting and bookkeeping, in order to properly fulfill the legal requirements governing the operations of limited liability companies;
d) Determining and enforcing the mutual obligations of the parties under the service contract between the Controller and the User (Client/Player);
e) Protecting possible claims of the Controller or Users (Clients/Players).The personal data of Users (Clients/Players) is processed:
a) For contact purposes with the User (Client/Player) – to respond to messages sent by email or via electronic forms;
b) For marketing purposes, based on consent granted by the User (Client/Player);
c) For informational purposes – to provide information regarding the services accessible via the website;
d) For promotional purposes: information about services, promotions, etc., including on social media;
e) For statistical and analytical purposes, if the User (Client/Player) has consented to the use of cookies;

g) Voucher mailing address – if the User requests that a voucher be sent by mail.The User (Client/Player) may book the service through the website www.kreatywnyswiatescaperoomwarszawa.pl or through the service www.lockme.pl. In the latter case, the User’s (Client’s/Player’s) data is also collected and processed under that booking service’s own privacy policy.
Data Retention Period
Users’ (Clients’/Players’) personal data will be retained for the following periods:
a) For performance of the service contract – for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of any claims arising from this contract;
b) For marketing purposes – until the User (Client/Player) objects to such processing.

The recipients of Users’ (Clients’/Players’) personal data may include:
a) Entities processing data on the Controller’s behalf (e.g. IT service providers, marketing agencies, booking services);
