Program for Warsaw Schools – step-by-step guide on how to join

When, in 2024, the Mayor of Warsaw announced the rules for a new initiative called “Class in Warsaw. Warsaw with Class”, it immediately gained great interest. The feedback on this unique program was so positive that it was extended until the end of 2025.

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

Warsaw’s cultural offer is extensive – there’s always something happening in every district.
However, there are also events in the capital that many parents would love to send their children to, but unfortunately, not everyone can afford them. We’re talking about paid outings to various cultural or sports events.

The “Class in Warsaw. Warsaw with Class” program is funded by the Warsaw City Hall and is aimed at all students of Warsaw’s schools. Thanks to this initiative, children and teenagers can take part in events they might otherwise never have experienced.

WHAT IS THE FUNDING AMOUNT PER STUDENT?

Each student of a Warsaw school has been granted 50 PLN by the Warsaw City Hall to cover participation costs in various initiatives.
The allocated funds for each student can be used until December 31, 2025.

These funds are reserved exclusively for students. In the case of groups with up to 15 students, it is recommended that schools provide a free entry for one accompanying teacher or guardian.

RULES FOR SETTLING PROGRAM FUNDS:

• Teachers or class tutors, together with their students, select an activity whose cost matches the program’s grant amount.
• After the event, the organizer issues an invoice to the City of Warsaw, including the name and address of the school that participated.
• If a student is unable to take part in the planned outing under the “Class in Warsaw. Warsaw with Class” program, participation will be possible at a later date, as the funds in such cases will remain secured in the school’s budget.
• Funds cannot be used for transportation, meals, accommodation, or the purchase of vouchers.
• Any unused funds allocated for the “Class in Warsaw. Warsaw with Class” program cannot be redirected to other purposes.

Teachers and students can choose from a wide range of standard class trip options available within the program — including visits to theatres, cinemas, galleries, museums, as well as science and sports events.

Kreatywny Świat Escape Room is a unique class trip option offered as part of the “Class in Warsaw. Warsaw with Class” program.

A visit to our escape rooms is a thrilling adventure — students can choose from four different rooms: Magic School, Pirates, Vikings, and The Saw.
The games are led by professional game masters dressed in stunning, original costumes, which further enhances the atmosphere and immersion. Each room features hand-painted scenery created by visual artists, designed to let participants fully experience the unique world of each story.

During the game, individual student abilities naturally blend with teamwork and social skills development, all in a fun and engaging setting.

The experience is filled with emotions — surprise, laughter, excitement, and that special thrill of racing against time to solve all the puzzles. Students often feel joy and pride when they crack the final code or unlock the last hidden compartment.
Time spent in our escape rooms is an unforgettable adventure, sparking positive energy and making every participant feel like the hero of their own movie.

The cost of participation in a chosen Kreatywny Świat escape room is 50 PLN per student, fully covered by the City of Warsaw under the program.
We welcome children aged 7 and above, and teachers or class supervisors enter free of charge.

BOOK CREATIVE WORKSHOPS AT KREATYWNY ŚWIAT – 50 PLN / STUDENT

For students who want to develop their imagination and creative skills – or simply awaken them – we offer participation in one of three educational workshops.

During the workshops, students are divided into groups, allowing them to not only enhance their individual creativity but also practice teamwork, communication, and collaboration. Our workshops are an excellent opportunity to build friendships and strengthen relationships outside of the classroom.

Board Game Design Workshop – perfect for board game enthusiasts who want to learn how to create their own games, starting from age 8+.

Puzzle Design Workshop – each group creates a set of puzzles that can later be used as a field game or mini escape room, starting from age 10+.

Cryptology Workshop – best suited for history and mystery lovers who enjoy puzzles and code-breaking fun, starting from age 12+.

 Workshops at Kreatywny Świat are an amazing experience where children and young people not only develop their manual and creative skills, but also learn the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

After each workshop, every team can take their creations home or to school, giving them a chance to proudly show their work to family and friends.

Creating something with their own hands helps boost students’ self-confidence and sense of accomplishment. At the same time, it’s a perfect blend of learning and fun, bringing lots of joy and inspiration for future independent projects.

The cost of participation in any chosen workshop at Kreatywny Świat is 50 PLN per student, fully covered by the City of Warsaw.
Workshops are available for children aged 8 and above, and class supervisors enter free of charge.
